I charge a 30% cancelation fee for any no-show or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits - If the appointment is rescheduled or canceled before the 24 hours, the paid deposit is transferable. If the client does not show up for an appointment, the deposit is then forfeited.
